Job Summary

1.1 The IT Administrator -part of the IT Infrastructure team. This is an IT Executive/ Senior Executive Position to assist Hospital IT Manager in delivering all ITSM Operation support & Change management aligning with the Hospital IT SLAIOLA. The candidate is responsible to carry out the maintenance, support and upgrade of all IT Infrastructure in an efficient and timely manner.

1.2 To support the IT Manager on the derived ITSM in service delivery, systems administration and IT security compliance.

1.3 He/She is responsible for analyzing, planning, implementing, maintaining, repairing, supporting of Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI), Server/Storage and software components.

1.4 The goal is to ensure the integrity of the systems and high availability of IT services in order to provide maximum IT security and system performance to the end users.
