Server Administrator

eClerx is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Server Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our cloud and on-premise infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring system reliability, security, and performance while supporting business operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain AWS EC2 environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Admin Center, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID.
• Oversee Windows Server infrastructure, including installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Implement and manage endpoint protection solutions such as Trend Micro, CrowdStrike, and similar tools.
• Monitor system performance and security using logging and monitoring tools like Syslog, SolarWinds, and AWS CloudWatch.
