Job Description
Amentum is seeking candidates for a **SERE Instructor** position in Southern Pines, NC. This onsite role involves training select Department of Defense (DoD) personnel in Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) principles, following DoD policy and guidance.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Conducting instruction during individual, small and large group laboratory settings as it relates to the principles of SERE and procedures supporting DoD policy, guidance, and the Code of Conduct.
+ Conducting training events and assessing student performance during the learning processes.
+ Use blended learning techniques such as eLearning tools, lectures, classroom discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role-play, and demonstrations of required skills through work-related tasks.
