Responsibilities :
Adhering to grooming and appearance standards consistentlyReceiving orders and serving guests as per the hotel’s standards in a friendly, timely and efficient mannerAssisting guests with ordering by answering menu questions or making recommendations upon requestDealing with guest’s complaints and providing assistance with their queriesChecking with guests to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems, aiming to the highest guest satisfactionBeing responsible for billing, by making the right transactions and handling cash or credit cards accordinglyDemonstrating excellent knowledge and understanding of restaurant menus, promotions and daily specialsCooperating with all serving and kitchen staff
