As an Operations Consultant at MB-Polo Park, you will partner with the Operations Supervisor to manage stockroom duties and ensure effective merchandising. Your responsibilities also include providing exceptional service to clients and working on loss prevention strategies. Flexibility in schedule is key as you work during various shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding service to clients during store hours
• Train other cashiers on Point-Of-Sale systems
• Keep cashier zone clean and organized
• Process and receive shipments promptly
• Communicate inventory issues to supervisors
Requirements:
• At least 1-2 years in retail or client services
• Strong arithmetic and computer skills
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
