Join Sephora Canada as a Desktop Support Specialist and become the backbone of our IT team. This onsite role ensures our staff remain productive and connected to deliver outstanding beauty experiences.
In this role, you will handle desktop imaging, configure both Windows and macOS, and support end users through prompt troubleshooting. As part of an enthusiastic IT unit, you will collaborate across teams to resolve technical issues effectively and provide exceptional service to our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Master image computers using PXE boot for deployment
• Manage Mac configurations and handle recovery keys
• Assist with user accounts and security groups in Active Directory
• Troubleshoot VPN and network connectivity issues
• Support video conferencing tools and peripherals
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in desktop support roles
