Senior/Project Management

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, quality assurance, supply chain, marketing) to deliver audio products from concept to mass production.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, Gantt charts, and trackers to monitor progress and risks.
• Ensure timely execution of development milestones, including ID lock, EVT/DVT/PVT stages, tooling, certification, and mass production.
• Coordinate with external vendors, ODM/OEM partners, and component suppliers.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, issue tracking, and resolution processes.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor quality standards compliance and manage regulatory certification documentation (e.g. CE, FCC)
