Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of automotive seating accessories such as Headrests, Armrests, and Cushion Length Adjusters (CLA) from concept to production.
- Create and review 3D models, assemblies, and engineering drawings using CATIA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Purchasing, and Program Management.
