Senior/Intermediate Industrial Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis and redesign of Lean manufacturing workflows, layouts, and processes to increase productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Lead root cause analysis and utilize data driven approaches for production bottlenecks and quality issues using tools such as 5M+1E, PFMEA, and VSM.
• Develop and implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Collaborate with production, quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration of engineered solutions.
• Manage projects that involve capacity planning, equipment utilization, and resource allocation.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff on industrial engineering best practices and methods.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings, recommendations, and results to management.
