Senior Zabbix Administrator

We are seeking a Senior Zabbix Administrator (L3 – Tool Expert) based at our Global Delivery Center in the Philippines. You will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-scale Zabbix monitoring solutions for a global, 24x7 hospitality client (Accor).

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Management: Install, configure, and maintain Zabbix servers, proxies, and agents across hybrid/cloud environments; manage upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
• Enterprise Architecture: Design monitoring strategies, LLD rules, custom triggers, and templates for servers, networks, databases, and cloud services.
• Incident & Alerting: Integrate Zabbix with ServiceNow (ITSM) for automated ticketing; act as the final escalation point (L3) for complex root-cause analysis.
