Your work will help enable better lives as you guide your team alongside your Business Manager to provide support to young people to achieve ongoing education and/or employment.
The role
You'll be empowering and motivating Youth Support Workers to drive the absolute best outcomes for their clients. Your teams' success is what drives you, so sharing your knowledge through mentoring and coaching will be important, supporting them to hit their KPIs. You'll also lead by example, engaging with your own clients to provide tailored employment services.
