Job Description
Our client based in Aberdeen are looking for Senior Workshop Assistant to join their team on a temp to perm basis.
To support the Workshop Foreman in the efficient coordination and operation of the workshop, ensuring all equipment is prepared, maintained, certified, and delivered in line with operational requirements, customer expectations, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Workshop Foreman with planning and coordination of daily workshop activities
* Coordinate work across workshop teams to ensure equipment is fit for purpose and delivered on time
* Lead and deliver daily toolbox talks in the absence of the Workshop Foreman
* Maintain high standards of housekeeping, organisation, and professional appearance within the workshop
* Participate in the workshop on-call rota
* Prepare, maintain, and service equipment in line with company procedures
