Job Description

Coforge in Hermosillo, Mexico, is seeking an experienced HCM Analyst specializing in Workday to provide day-to-day operational support for Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll and Benefits. This role requires 6-9 years of hands-on Workday experience and strong analytical skills.

You will manage release activities, security configuration, reporting, and collaboration with business users to deliver enhancements and audits. This is an in-person position.
