Coforge in Mexico is seeking an HCM Analyst III - Workday to serve as a subject matter expert across Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll and Benefits, with exposure to Talent, Time Tracking, and more. You will work on operational support, enhancements, and quarterly roadmap items for multiple Workday modules.

You will manage security, release activities for Workday R1/R2, and collaborate with business users to deliver reports and auditable documentation. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
