Responsibilities·

Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Workday , including configuration, troubleshooting, reporting, and security setup.

  • Lead ongoing system maintenance, upgrades, and release management, ensuring updates are tested and deployed with minimal disruption.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and IT teams to understand business needs and recommend effective Workday solutions and improve Workday adoption and utilization.
  • Manage and resolve system issues through both internal ticketing systems (HR and Finance) and Workday 's case management. This includes tracking, performing root cause analysis, and coordinating resolutions with internal teams and Workday support.
  • Design, build, and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and business processes.
