Pearster is seeking a Senior Technical Operations Engineer (Web3 Core Platforms) to power the core systems for a major US blockchain player. The role covers design, deployment, and reliability of hybrid infrastructure across bare-metal, virtualization, and cloud-native environments.

You will automate with Terraform, Ansible, Consul; collaborate across Technical Operations, CloudOps, and Platform teams; optimize costs, resilience, and observability; and drive capacity planning and modernization
