About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Engineer to own our property data pipeline. You'll design, build, and operate scraping infrastructure that ingests 300,000+ real estate listings daily from third-party platforms.
This is not a scripting role. You'll architect distributed, fault-tolerant systems that run unattended with near-perfect uptime. You should be as comfortable discussing proxy rotation strategies as you are designing queue-based architectures. You've had scrapers break at 2 AM and know how to prevent it from happening again.
What You'll Do
Design and operate distributed scraping systems processing 300K+ records daily with 99.5%+ reliability. Architect parallel processing pipelines with concurrent workers, intelligent rate limiting, and horizontal scaling.
