Senior Web Developer

Position Summary

The Senior Web Developer & Digital Designer (UX/UI) owns the end‑to‑end planning, execution, and delivery of web, UX/UI, digital design, and marketing technology initiatives across multiple portfolio companies. This is a hands‑on, execution‑first role with full ownership from requirements gathering and design through development, launch, optimization, and ongoing maintenance. You will not hand work off to others — you will design, build, deploy, operate, and improve the digital ecosystem yourself.

The role spans websites, UX/UI, digital assets, email campaigns, Salesforce‑based marketing execution, and reporting. You will manage multiple brands and systems simultaneously, requiring strong prioritization, structure, and accountability.
