Senior Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

The role of a Senior Warehouse Supervisor leads and supports the warehouse operations for a Martin Brower’s Canada Distribution Centre. In this 24‑7 multi‑temp environment, this position is responsible for achieving safety, service and finance goals, through continuous improvement initiatives, innovation and through leadership of the warehouse supervisory team and warehouse employees.

Salary Range

$87,000 to $97,000 annually

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

Operations

• Develop and administer cost effective operational schedules approx. 3-4 times per year
• On‑going warehouse employee/inventory control/supervisor training
• Responsible to ensure that department achieves operational goals (monthly, quarterly, yearly basis)

Financial Responsibilities

• Monitor and control variable departmental costs on a daily/weekly basis
