The Opportunity

At DECJUBA, we’re on a mission to make our customers look and feel AMAZING. We’re looking for a bold, commercially driven and people-focused Senior Visual Merchandise Manager to lead the visual merchandising direction for our brand across 160 stores and 1,500 team members across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a senior leadership role with real scale, influence and visibility. You’ll lead the VM team, shape strategic visual direction, and ensure our product, campaign and trade priorities come to life with clarity, consistency and impact across every store format. You’ll be the connector between brand, product, marketing, planning, retail operations and our store teams, translating big-picture strategy into strong, commercial and inspiring in-store execution.
