The Role
As our Senior Visual & Creative Designer, you'll lead the development of compelling digital visuals across ads, social, and branded content. You'll be expected to move fast, think on your feet, and produce high-quality work under tight timelines—hallmarks of the agency world. You'll also play a key role in quality-controlling junior designers' work, ensuring everything we ship is on-brand, on-brief, and pixel-perfect.
If you have UI/UX experience and are skilled in Figma, that's a strong plus—but the core of this role is creative direction, visual storytelling, and execution.
What You'll Do
- Own and drive the design of digital ad campaigns, social content, and branded visuals.
- Create engaging static and animated assets for platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Display.
