Senior Vision Engineer

ASM ALSI is a subsidiary of ASM Pacific Technology Ltd (ASM PT) which is the world’s largest assembly and packaging equipment supplier and the world’s third largest surface mount technology (SMT) equipment supplier. ASM ALSI develops technology, processes and machines for multi-beam ultra-violet (UV) and infra-red (IR) laser dicing and/or grooving applications. In addition, ASM ALSI develops new processes and technologies for thin wafers such as Ultra Short Pulse laser and Plasma etching processes.

The system engineering department is responsible for development and engineering and has mechanical, electrical and mechatronics engineers. They work in close cooperation with the R&D, software engineering and process engineering departments.
