We are seeking an accomplished, visionary Total Rewards executive to lead the strategic design, execution, and continuous evolution of Experian’s reward proposition for our North America region. The ideal candidate will combine strategic foresight with operational excellence, driving global and regional programs that align with business objectives, ensure market competitiveness and foster employee engagement. This leader will also maintain strong governance standards, ensuring compliant, data‑driven, and technology‑enabled decision making across all elements of Total Rewards.
Reporting to both the North America Chief People Officer and the Global Reward Director, this role will serve as a key advisor to North America and Global senior leadership, guiding decisions on pay equity, transparency, and performance-based rewards.
