Job Description
Responsibilities
- Derive and understand client business needs, and document findings
- Work closely with team leaders and specialists in solution design
- Configure Varicent Incentives system to meet requirement needs
- Design and implement data extract/transform/load strategies
- Coordinate quality assurance and testing phases of projects
- Work with clients to assess readiness and plan for system roll‑out
- Assist project manager with supporting deployed projects
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience with Varicent Incentives
- Comfortable with emerging technologies, learning new software, understanding a data model and an object model
- Experienced writing SQL queries and design specifications
