In this role, you will:
Lead discovery and UX design for an Internal Developer Portal, translating developer needs into clear user journeys, information architecture, and prioritized experiences.Engineer and deliver Backstage frontend capabilities (pages, components, and plugins) using modern web engineering practices (e.g., React, TypeScript), ensuring a consistent and maintainable experience.Integrate and consolidate multiple existing portals and developer experiences into a unified Backstage platform, harmonizing navigation, design patterns, and interaction standards.Partner with Developer Productivity and Analytics tool owners to surface actionable insights, status, and operational signals within the portal in a way that is intuitive and decision-supportive.Establish and evolve a lightweight design system for the portal, including reusable UI components, accessibility-aware patterns, and docu...
