Senior UX/UI Designer

Description

Own the end-to-end experience for an AI-powered healthcare platform currently used by clinicians and, further along, by administrators and patients. You'll turn complex clinical workflows and sensitive data into simple, safe, and delightful experiences, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and clinical experts to ship measurable outcomes fast.

What you'll do:

• Drive product discovery: Plan and run interviews, workflow mapping, and usability tests with clinicians, care teams, and ops; translate insights into clear problem statements, jobs-to-be-done, and opportunities;
• Ship high-quality UX/UI: Create flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and interactive prototypes; specify states (empty, error, loading), edge cases, and accessibility;
