About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher to lead research strategy for AI-driven monetization and digital advertising experiences.
In this role, you will shape how businesses connect with users through data-informed, human-centered ad experiences across search and digital platforms.
You will partner with cross-functional teams — including Product, Design, Engineering, and Data Science — to define the advertiser and user experience strategy for next-generation monetization products. This position offers the opportunity to drive research that influences both product design and business strategy in a rapidly evolving, AI-first environment.
