Senior User Experience Designer

Caretag develops a digital platform used by hospitals to manage surgical instruments safely and efficiently. The platform supports complex workflows and connects multiple systems into one coherent solution used in daily practice. 

We are looking for a User Experience Designer  with strong product thinking and hands on execution skills to help evolve and refine the user experience as the platform continues to grow. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and selected customers to translate complex requirements into thoughtful, scalable user experiences. This role suits someone who enjoys structured design systems, creative problem solving, and contributing actively to product decisions.
