Senior User Experience Designer

The Senior UX Designer at Insights is responsible for shaping end‑to‑end digital experiences across the organisation’s product ecosystem. This role requires synthesising user, business, and technical requirements into solutions that prioritise user needs while meeting organisational objectives. The Senior UX Designer will contribute to the evolution of the design system, advocate for user‑centred practices, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful, inclusive, and accessible designs.
