Job Description

You are responsible for

  • Work with other senior experts in the central Usability Excellence team to execute the Philips Usability strategy, and raise the bar for usability quality across BU’s

  • Provide ad-hoc senior support for businesses regarding processes and regulations (FDA, IEC 62366.1, EU-MDR, NMPA)

  • Be the first point of contact and escalation path for use related safety and quality concerns in Pune, safeguarding psychological safety.

  • Work directly with business leads in Shanghai to raise awareness, develop capabilities, and align on processes, RACI’s, and timely involvement of usability specialists.

  • Decide on changing scope or identify challenges and drive and initiate strategic roadmaps.
