Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting suitable candidates.
Work on Full Time / W2 / 1099 / C2 C hiring models as per client requirements.
Source candidates using job portals such as Monster, Dice, Career Builder, Tech Fetch, Linked In, Computer Jobs, Yahoo Hot Jobs, and ATS tools.
Negotiate salary, rate, and contract terms with candidates and vendors.
Maintain and update candidate and client databases on a regular basis.
