Requirements
Must have:
7+ years of experience in web, UI, and UX design. 1-2 years of experience in a startup or agency environment. Portfolio demonstrating strong range across websites and web/mobile applications, including flows, states, and edge cases. Solid expertise in UX and UI design, including mobile app interface design. Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries. Proven ability to estimate time accurately and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present design reasoning to stakeholders. Ability to explain how design decisions affect development and support business/user goals. Experience creating information architecture deliverables (site maps, user flows). High standard for visual QA (spacing, typography, motion, state behavior). Experience mentoring and coaching junior designers. Prior experience working with a web agency or digital consultancy. Self-starter ...
