Job Description
**Key responsibility:**
+ **Work with TW ND/NVS team and NSP planning team to build balanced business plan with the consideration of sales/margin/inventory to ensure the delivery of financial target and marketplace healthy for Nike Direct business.**
+ **Initiate in-season management proposals to support business plans and cross functional alignment. Lead period analysis, including but not limited to product level sell through and overall sales/margin/ inventory study to influence current and future season planning.**
+ **Conduct ND Assortment Plan to shape consumer demand & supply for driving growth and inventory productivity.**
+ **Pre-season:**
+ **Build seasonal sku level investment plan & strategies for retail concepts tied to the financial targets & brand vision;**
+ **Align plan with input and collaboration from key stakeholders including Merchandising and Business Team;**
