Location: London | Salary: £93,500–£115,000 plus incentive awards tied to performance. Works from the London office at least two days a week; remote work otherwise. Flexible working hours and £1,000 annual learning budget.

We are looking for a high‑impact, technically‑minded Senior Treasury FX Manager (UK) to lead Monzo’s global FX strategy. This role goes beyond traditional trade and acts as the bridge between Treasury, Data, Product and Engineering squads, building a scalable, automated execution environment.

• Design and implement an automated FX execution environment to optimise netting and minimise hedging costs.
