Job Description

We are seeking to employ a Senior Transfers Conveyancing Secretary to assistance in our transfers department - this position is Senior level.

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a law firm or conveyancing department, particularly in handling various property transactions
  • Must have comprehensive knowledge on the property transfer process and all parties involved in the conveyancing process.
  • Conveyancing financial knowledge and ability to draft preliminary and final accounts.
  • Proficiency in Conveyancing Software (Lexis Convey, E4, SearchWorks Windeed).

Expected Start Date: ASAP
