Job title: Senior Training Engineer – Electronic Warfare

Salary: £49,400+ depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
The Definition of the technical training programme ensuring alignment with the programme and core training needs
Day to day management of the engineers, including attendance monitoring
Overall management and reporting of the individuals progress
Highlight, manage and resolve any competency issues, escalating as appropriate
Identification of opportunities for UK based training
Identification of opportunities for on-the-job training and hands on experience based training
Engineer certification / sign off as appropriate
