A global business transformation company is seeking a Trainer to facilitate and evaluate training programs in Morong, Bataan, Philippines. The ideal candidate will create training materials, oversee new hire training, and coach learners to achieve their performance metrics. A Bachelor’s degree in Education or Communication and 2-3 years of training experience are required. Strong skills in Microsoft Office and excellent communication abilities are essential. This role may require working in shifting or graveyard schedules.
