Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training in luxury retail service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  • Onboard and coach new and existing retail staff.
  • Customize training materials to align with brand standards.
  • Conduct in-store coaching and performance evaluations.
  • Track training effectiveness using key metrics (e.g. sales, client feedback).
  • Support product launches and seasonal campaigns with targeted training.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting service excellence.
  • Collaborate with retail and HR teams to meet business goals.
  • Maintain training records and support continuous development.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Retail Management, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury or premium retail brands is a must.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
