Job Description
Responsibilities:
Deliver training in luxury retail service, product knowledge, and sales techniques. Onboard and coach new and existing retail staff. Customize training materials to align with brand standards. Conduct in-store coaching and performance evaluations. Track training effectiveness using key metrics (e.g. sales, client feedback). Support product launches and seasonal campaigns with targeted training. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting service excellence. Collaborate with retail and HR teams to meet business goals. Maintain training records and support continuous development. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, Retail Management, Human Resources, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury or premium retail brands is a must. Fluent in English is a must.
