Senior Trainer (Contract)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Trainer to support an enterprise ERP modernization initiative by leading the design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of organization-wide training programs. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and project teams to develop role-based learning solutions, establish training standards, evaluate learning effectiveness, and support successful user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead enterprise-wide training initiatives by developing role-based training strategies, defining delivery approaches (instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced), and establishing success measures.

Design, develop, and facilitate complex training programs, computer-based learning, job aids, learner guides, and supporting instructional materials while ensuring accessibility and organizational standards.
