Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop analyses and maintain Power BI dashboards aligned with the business's strategic needs, supporting the executive team in decision-making;
  • Support the analysis of metrics and the development of action plans;
  • Manage and analyze variable compensation metrics and liaise with partner departments;
  • Perform exploratory data analysis and data modeling;
  • Oversee the department's interface systems, ensuring timely and accurate closure of performance indicators;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or a related field;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel and PowerPoint), Power BI, SQL, and database administration;
  • Excel experience with Power Pivot and Power Query;
  • Experience in trade marketing, commercial intelligence, or sales;
