Responsibilities
- Develop analyses and maintain Power BI dashboards aligned with the business's strategic needs, supporting the executive team in decision-making;
- Support the analysis of metrics and the development of action plans;
- Manage and analyze variable compensation metrics and liaise with partner departments;
- Perform exploratory data analysis and data modeling;
- Oversee the department's interface systems, ensuring timely and accurate closure of performance indicators;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or a related field;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel and PowerPoint), Power BI, SQL, and database administration;
- Excel experience with Power Pivot and Power Query;
- Experience in trade marketing, commercial intelligence, or sales;
