ResponsibilitiesLead track design project teams across various disciplines
Organize and coordinate design team input and tasks
Verify technical project scope and requirements
Address critical project issues with external partners
Review shop drawings and provide site liaison support
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
Licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario
15+ years of relevant engineering experience
Proficiency in rail design standards and codes
Strong communication and mentoring abilities
