Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Testing Analyst to join our team on a fixed-term contract. In this role, you will support a major digital transformation project by leading testing efforts for HR systems.


What You'll Do


  • Write and execute test scenarios and scripts based on business requirements
  • Conduct functional and end-user testing
  • Log, track, and help resolve issues with development teams
  • Mentor junior test analysts and provide guidance on test practices
  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support end users during execution

  • Experience as a Senior Test Analyst, ideally working with HRIS platforms (e.g. SuccessFactors)
  • Strong understanding of HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, leave, learning, performance, compensation
