Senior Test Quality Engineering Manager

Westpac is transforming how testing and quality are performed, governed, and embedded across our payments ecosystem. We are seeking a Senior Test and Quality Manager to own program‑level test execution and quality outcomes across the Payments domain, lead the transition to engineering‑led quality, and act as the quality risk authority for one of the bank’s most critical technology environments.

This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the Head of Technology, with accountability of the Payments testing domain. You will define how quality is embedded into the system delivery lifecycle, how test execution risk is surfaced and managed, and inject thought leadership with modern Quality Engineering practices at scale.
