We are seeking an experienced Business Test Manager to join IT Program team. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support other testing phases (SIT, Performance, Regression) as required.
The successful candidate will work closely with local business leads, IT teams, and global program stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery and seamless implementation of SAP solutions.
Develop and refine the local test strategy and approach, aligned with global program objectives.
Lead the planning, preparation, execution, and closure of UAT and support other test phases as needed.
Define test scope, objectives, and success criteria while ensuring compliance with Iberia-specific legal and operational requirements.
