Renesas Electronics Malaysia is seeking a highly capable Test Operations Leader to drive performance of Engineering teams and offshore contractors. You will oversee test operations across product lifecycles, ensure on‑time customer delivery, and partner with Supply Chain, Quality, Packaging, Foundry and PMO to optimize capacity, costs, and reliability.
