Senior Test Engineer

The Role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of complex testing scenarios across functional, regression, E2E, API, and integration .
• Perform advanced RCA and manage defect triage with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee test data setup, environment validation, and pre-release checks.
• Provide support during extended test windows and escalated testing cycles.
• Mentor junior and mid-level testers.
• Contribute to test automation activities (scripting, validation, reusable library support).
• Ensure complete documentation of results, defects, and summary reports.

The Expertise.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering , or related field.
• ISTQB Advanced Level is an advantage.

Experience & Background:

• 6–8 years in testing/QA roles.
