Essential Functions:

  • Managing the configuration and deployment of Cognex test machines
  • Perform on-site setup, testing, and qualification of machines and software
  • Troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems
  • Triage machines and respond to support tickets
  • Troubleshoot test software
  • Maintain change control for deployed test software configurations and functional parameters
  • Work with a cross functional team on problem solving, root cause, and corrective action
