Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer with deep LabVIEW expertise to lead verification and validation activities for embedded electronic and IoT products. This is a hands-on technical leadership role within R&D, focused on architecting scalable automated test systems, defining test strategy, and ensuring product quality, compliance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead definition and documentation of test requirements with cross-functional teams
  • Own test strategy, planning, and requirements traceability using risk-based approaches
  • Architect, design, and implement scalable automated test systems using NI LabVIEW and TestStand
  • Define verification methodologies, test specifications, and acceptance criteria
  • Lead complex troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis
