Senior Test Automation Engineer

Urgent requirement for asenior test automation engineer for a leading financial institution in Basel, Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Write automated test scripts based on received specifications
• Continuously increase the automation coverage
• Ensure automated test cases to run without failures
• Execute test cases and conduct detailed analysis and validation
• Enhance the automation framework
• Support implementing / maintaining / improving CI / CD

Requirements

• Higher education (university / FH) in IT or equivalent relevant experience
• Certification / education in IT System Administration, System Engineering or correlated courses
• 5 years of practical experience in the field of Test Automation
• A strong understanding of programming languages fundamentals
• Banking area experience is an advantage (Avaloq experience is a big advantage)
