Senior Territory Manager

We're recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a leading medical aesthetics organisation, seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join their growing UAE team.

This role will focus on developing new business across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, partnering with Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, Aesthetic Physicians, and other healthcare professionals to drive the growth of an innovative portfolio of injectables and medical aesthetic solutions.

• Proven medical aesthetics sales experience within injectables, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.
• A strong existing network of Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, and aesthetic clinics across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
• A passion for winning new business and opening new accounts.
• Outstanding relationship‑building, negotiation, and commercial skills.
